I had my spa resurfaced with Marcite by Scott and his work crew at All County. They all worked very hard and Scott gave us excellent customer service. This project included replacing the jets and covers at the bottom of the spa, as well. He also got some mortar and re-secured a stone on the side of the spa and also some mortar at a border below the outside tile where it contacted the cedar flooring. Nice guy and quality work, reliable. I will use again. Not sure about those old previous ratings????

I would not let this "company" work on a run-down outhouse. Usually first impressions are the best ones to use. Scott is definitely not impressive. He is always dirty, unshaven, and his vehicles are an eyesore. I called 5 of the 8 or so previous clients he gave me and they all said the same thing but still said his work was satisfactory and the cheapest estimate they had gotten. I contracted for him to re-marcite my pool and re-grout/replace the tiles. I guess the marcite is fairly good, but the tile is terrible. He promised the moon, but delivered nothing but headaches. Even though the contract states very clearly that the tile is to be replaced or re-grouted, Scott said the tile work was a freebie he was throwing in. Finally, Joey, Scott's partner, worked very hard, but really didn't appear to know what he was doing. Everyone who sees my pool says the tile grout looks like someone let a kindergarden class loose with white chalk. Do yourself a favor - pay the extra for professionals to do your pool.

I really WISH, I had something NICE to say about them, but I DON"T..They renovated my pool and gave me a warranty. But a warranty is only as good as the "Man or Company" They don't stand behind thier's!!! My Pool LEAKS, and they removed Pavers up, to repair where my deck was uneven, and HAVE NOT comeback to finish the work! We spent around $30,000.00 dollars for a "Green-Pond" that we can't use! After they "Scott and Joey" refuse to show up after several calls and broken promises, I have no choice but too call an Attorney!
